Pizza religion
After passing it in the car on several occasions, we finally got to try out Pizza Religion tonight. I had the ‘Prosciutto’ and Shan had the ‘Mushroom’. It was quite amazing pizza, with very fresh ingredients and super thin base … mine had prosciutto, basil, truffle oil, roasted pear and gorgonzola cheese. Perfectly matched with an apple cider. We’ll be back.
