Gongbaojiding  is the world’s greatest foodstuff. This is Melbourne’s best on my current tasting safaris … But there must be better, and the search continues.   It’s still a long way from the GBJD I’ve had in China or this place in Tokyo.

Tandoori chicken wrap

For lunch today was this tandoori chicken wrap from www.milanatkew.com … Amazing smokey chicken chunks, vegetables and a perfect thin crispy wrap (a bit like a crepe).  So good!

Ingenuity

Sat opposite this guy on the train tonight … Being the headphones-phile that I am, I checked out his cans. Noticed that he was actually wearing industrial ear protection over the top of ipod earphones! Talk about noise cancellation ingenuity. He rocks (sorta). And don’t worry, he couldn’t hear my camera click 🙂

Yarnbombing

I park by this tree every morning when I drop Isak off at childcare. Recently it got ‘yarn bombed’! It looks cool, and Ikey likes to look at all the different colours and textures. The internets tell me that June 9th is international yarnbombing day … prepare for random attacks of knitting!
